SoleCall Ltd is developing a personal safety app that can be activated with and without manual intervention.  In order to apply our technology in other segment and to improve our gesture recognition models, we created an additional application, called IIIBeats Control . Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

Identity Data includes first name, last name, e-mail address.
Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

Sensor data includes accelerometer, orientation, light, temperature and proximity sensors and additionally battery and wifi status.

We do not collect GPS coordinates.

Direct interactions. You may give us your Identity, Contact details by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:

-          logging in to our app (Name and E-mail)

-          uploading the sensor data via WiFi connection

-          answer questionnaires or send us feedback about the app

By using the app you generate sensor data (from accelerometer, orientation, light, temperature sensors). Uploading takes place automatically if you are connected to WiFi and the app is opened.

Automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with our website, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies, [server logs] and other similar technologies.

Third parties or publicly available sources. We may receive personal data about you from various third parties and public sources as set out below:

We will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

-          To use data analytics to improve our website, app, customer relationships and experiences

-          To improve our gesture recognition through training the machine learning models
